A network is born.

Have you ever heard the story of how we started our Premium Repairer network?  NTI knew that we wanted to set the leading standard for repair workshops in the country.

 We invited the owners and managers of the top workshops in Australia to a conference to discuss the future of repairs.  Then we proposed a scenario to them:  If their workshops burnt to the ground and they had an unlimited budget to rebuild, what equipment would they include in their new workshop?  The ideas put together by the group became the first equipment standards for our Premium Repairer network.

 We also worked with the group to set leading standards on customer service, training etc.  It took over 12 months for the first repairer to meet our standards!  Today, we have Premium Repairers across the country with more keen to join the network.
